A Few Words About John
John comes to the BCCA with over 25 years’ experience in customer service-related roles in industries ranging from grocery and pharmaceuticals to ESL/higher education. He has extensive experience helping people from many different backgrounds achieve their goals.
John’s work in the ESL/higher education industry has given him different perspectives on dealing with challenging situations. This experience, coupled with his Bachelor of Arts degree in History, also gives him a unique perspective in approaching and solving problems.
John enjoys multicultural environments and learning new ways to help people.
