Discipline Finding - As part of a consent resolution, Dr. Alex La admitted to failing to address deficiencies in his record keeping practices noted over 3 successive office inspections, and as a result of this admission, the Board of the then British Columbia College of Chiropractors reprimanded Dr. La and required him to undertake to abide by the College’s record-keeping requirements, to attend mentoring sessions concerning proper record keeping and ethical and practice issues relating to record keeping, and to pay a fine of $1,000 and costs of $500.
