2008-Mar-15:
Discipline Finding - As part of a consent resolution, Dr. Trevor Kilian admitted to operating a screening booth where untrained, unqualified non-professionals performed scans on members of the public without a registered chiropractor being present to supervise or interact with the recipients of the scans concerning the results. As a result of this admission, the Board of the then British Columbia College of Chiropractors reprimanded Dr. Kilian and required him to pay a fine of $5,000 and costs of $2,500.
2009-Jan-21:
Discipline Finding - In the Matter of the Complaint of S.F. – As part of a consent resolution, Dr. Trevor Kilian admitted to failures in patient communication regarding his billing program and treatment plans, and as a result of that admission, the Board of the then British Columbia College of Chiropractors reprimanded Dr. Kilian and ordered that he pay costs of $1000.
