Discipline Finding - As part of a consent resolution, Dr. Michael Foran admitted to circulating advertising materials that violated the advertising regulations of the then British Columbia College of Chiropractors and breaching a prior undertaking to submit such materials to the College for approval prior to publication. Based on those admissions, the Board of the College reprimanded Dr. Foran and ordered him to enter into a further undertaking and pay a fine of $3,000 and costs of $2,000.
