Your request should clearly indicate the address where information can be mailed. Information relating to application for registration whether new graduate or practicing chiropractor in another jurisdiction or previous CCBC registrant will be forwarded. For information regarding registration requirements please review the Bylaws in the Legislation page.

New graduates and applicants practicing in another jurisdiction (Canada or foreign) wishing to apply for registration to the College of Chiropractors of BC please download the following four items; Application for Information Form, Form 2 - Application For Registration, Form 3 - Statutory Declaration,Criminal Record Check.
Please note that your application must be mailed to the address above. Do not fax or email your application for registration. Upon receiving your mailed in application information you will be notified by the Registrar.
For Reinstatement to the College of Chiropractors of BC please download the following three items; Application for Reinstatement Information, Form 2 - Application for Reinstatement, Criminal Record Check. Please note that your application must be mailed to the address above. Do not fax or email your application for registration. Upon receiving your mailed in application information you will be notified by the Registrar.
For Registration Renewal
please view and download the Registration Information Renewal document. Please note that completion of Form 4 Application For Registration Renewal is a mandatory requirement by government for all members for license renewal. Please complete Form 4 online by login with your username and password.
