Marketing in the New Millennium Get connected to the Web — and increase patient loyalty During the AGM, representatives from Margo Bates Publicity Inc. were on hand to answer member questions concerning publicity and the role the BCCA web site plays in building public and media awareness of chiropractic. The firm featured a live demo of the web site at its booth, where doctors and COAs were able to “mouse around” the site between Speaker sessions.
