In recognition of his 18 years of dedication to the chiropractic
profession, Dr. David Olson was bestowed the Bill Lindsay Award
at this year's AGM. Founded by the North Vancouver Island Chiropractic
Society, the award honors individuals who go above and beyond the
call of duty on behalf of the profession.
Dr. Olson served on the Association and College Boards, as both
vice president of the BCCA from 1988-1990 and as president of the
BCCC from 1990-1993. Olson championed many Association and Board
initiatives, attending numerous functions to lobby government on
issues that affect our profession. He also participated in many
advertising campaigns to promote the benefits of chiropractic.
Genuinely pleased and honored by the tribute, Dr. Olson received
his Bill Lindsay Award in front of friends, colleagues and family
during the AGM's President's Banquet.
